They overcharge. I had to make a payment. They told me to go to the next truck stop that was two miles away. I went there and waited for the person to show up so I could make the towing payment. I waited there for nearly 5 hrs for the person to show up. This is a note for any driver- do not give them your license card when they ask for it. Ask them to take the payment but do not give them your license card.
