This brings me no pleasure writing this review , My Dad took his Volvo truck in to get work done on it. Only to be told they don’t want to do the work after giving him a bill for $1200 for the diagnostic. This is truly horrible and unacceptable way to treat a long standing customer! He has since found someone else to do the work for $800! I’m absolutely heartbroken to hear of this abuse of power putting people in vulnerable situations where they have to shell out alot of money for not having been helped with their problem and to be turned away! Absolutely disgusting do better! These are hard working people who take time out of their day to visit your establishment and pay you with their hard earned money.
"The customer service in the service department is cold and unwelcoming. They leave you waiting no matter how long you’ve been standing in front of them — in this case, in front of the bald, blue-eyed man who was there that day. Maybe it was racism. He’s supposed to help customers, but instead he just stared at the computer screen, leaving me standing there like I didn’t exist."
We cannot thank Expressway Trucks enough for their outstanding support and quick response to our urgent request. When we faced an issue with our hanger bearing, they were incredibly accommodating, ensuring that our truck was checked and serviced as quickly as possible. A huge shoutout to Mark, Scott, Jody, and the entire team of technicians for their expertise and efficiency. Their prompt diagnosis and swift action allowed us to get back on the road without any delays, helping us stay on schedule for our trip. Highly recommend Expressway Trucks for their professionalism, reliability, and top-notch service**. Thank you for going above and beyond! Would definitely return for any future service needs!
One of an employee at Service counter is a most rude person I have seen. He is always rude to customers and not sure why he still works there. Today I had my appointment and before taking me in, he already started telling me that it is not possible to do the job. And his apology was coming so rude that he is not bothered if I reschedule my things for this appointment and made my family drive for an hr to pick me up. I asked him if he could have called me before to let me know but yes drivers are the least in human race for guy like him. Chris and Wayne (not sure if I’m writing the name correct) are always polite but this guy is not. I’m sure everyone from dealership knows who is the mean one there in service department.
It's unfortunate that I feel the need to leave a bad review to get noticed as a customer. I have an 80,000$ paperweight because my keys got stolen, and for 3 weeks, these guys haven't been able to produce a key for me. I have called about 5 times and visited twice, each time someone telling me they would get it ordered, or its on its way, and they would call back with more information, I was called back twice, once giving me a key that didn't fit, and once, 5 hours after I was told it would be delivered, to say that the key wasn't delivered that day as promised. I have paid for my key, and I have given my vin on 4 separate calls. There are either too many cooks in the kitchen, or there are major faults in the tracking of customers or orders. Either way, I am still waiting, not even wanting to call back anymore, probably going to have to go to the GTA to get a key, after wasting 3 weeks without my truck operating. Huge waste of money and time to talk to anyone here. If you actually care about getting better, go look up my phone number, track which conversations were recorded with your employees, and learn from what happened and where you went wrong. If you're recording conversations for learning, not just for litigation, I'm sure there are lessons to be had here.
