I had a very frustrating experience at Metro Truck Parts. I went there to purchase an airbag and brought my old one with me to ensure I was given the correct replacement. I asked the staff member to discard the old airbag after I bought the new one. When I returned to my yard and attempted to install the new airbag, I realized it was the wrong size. I then had to go back again to exchange it for the correct one.This was not the first issue I’ve had here. On a previous visit, the same person sold me the wrong air dryer cartridge as well. When I questioned how the airbag was supposed to fit, I was told, “We sell a lot of these and there are no complaints.” Later, he admitted that the airbag he initially gave me was bigger than what I needed.If the part was known to be incorrect, it should not have been sold to me in the first place. This experience shows a lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and unprofessional service. I expect accurate parts matching and honest guidance from a truck parts supplier, and unfortunately, this fell well below expectations.
I just finished buying a truck and I can say all the best about the selsman Dave, I hope that our business will be good in truck maintenance department.
All the Parts staff here is awesome . Been buying parts from this location for almost 10 years without issue. Very friendly. Today i showed up for some stuff i orderd and a rad fan that was supposed to be there . It wasnt. They sent a driver right away to get one, discounted my other parts and gave me a free hoodie for the inconvenience. Thats why i keep comming back . They all deserve a raise
Jeremy, my sales person has gone above and beyond on a number of occasions. I can't say enough good about his service.....most recently on a holiday, he took the time to deal with an issue I was having with a US dealership.
Where in late Rob the service supervisor take us in and fixed after hours . And Ann was very helpful and fix our bilingual and charge right away. Very professional shop and dealership. Happy customer
